We Will Not Lose

Även publicerad på Chelse Vital

My enormous stomach, very recently diagnosed as, well I do not want to bother you, so let us say unhealthy - has recently had huge success in predicting games.

And I do predict a Chelsea win Wednesday at Stamford Bridge - and yes Olasal, like before I will be more right than you are.

I also have very sound reasons for it.

From before I knew that Chelsea had the upper hand as we totally outthought Barcelona at the Camp Nou. We had them complaining like babies crying for milk about the treatment they got.

How we refused to play football on their conditions. Pathetic animals. I also learned to disgust Daniel Alves in a way I only felt about one other footballer the last ten years. Thank God Chelsea did not buy that piece of sh*t.

I do not care if he would be the best footballer in the world, such a whiner, pathetic diver is something I will never accept in my Chelsea. Ballack please mow him down at the Bridge! (He is so aweful that I would not even feel bad if he gets injured). Drogba is accused of diving, but Drogba does take a heck of a beating in every game compared, Ugly-Cheek-Beard Alves dived like a diva-diver on LSD. Or maybe he simply loved grass.

1. Barcelona have never ever had a good defence, but they have one really good defender. He wil not play at the Bridge. They only have one decent CB left, Pique, 22 years old and he did not cut it at Manchester United. Caceres was supposed to be injured too but was on the bench at the Bernabeu, Milito is injured. A poor defence will be totally new and untried for Drogba and Anelka to rip apart.

2. Stamford Bridge is our homeground and it might not seat 98.000 complacent Catalans - it seats 42000 Chelsea fans. And that will make a difference as Chelsea fans are 5-1 to Spanish fans.

3. I thought Barca would lose to Real Madrid, more about that later, they did not and instead of a shattered self confidence they will now have a Spanish over-confidence. May 6th will be the date of the fate of the second Spanish Armada. Over-confidence is truly not a good thing. And Marca and As, the most lying sport publications in the world can call Barcelona the best team in the world ever - if they can not beat Chelsea they are surely not.

4. Kindergarten crier Pep Guardiola can not hold a candle tactically to Guus Hiddink. Barcelona can only play ONE kind of football, and I happen to think football is so much more than that. Stop the feed from the midfield like Chelsea did at Nou Camp and they might have great possession but no threat. Football is so much more than short passing and attack. We will show the world that however much the world will hate us for it. And they will. When we win Wednesday 99% of all football articles will tell us how unfair it was and how we did not deserve to. Feck you!

5. Apart from the roll-over Los Arrogantos performed Saturday Barcelona usually is way poorer away than at Nou Camp.

I think Barcelona are a great football team, when they get to play the way they want to. If not, they are just above average. Few teams can defy them to play their kind of footie, but Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool can as they are more complete, more complex teams all of them. Not that a pundit on TV or media would realise that. (Sorry, my ever-increasing contempt with those people is getting in my way here).

Chelsea, Guus Hiddink, JT and the lads are not in any way idiots - they will show Barcelona that football is way more complex than short passing game and individual skill. Possession plays part, but goals play an infinitely bigger part. (If we win the CL this year, I promise to kind of root for Barca next year if they do not play us, as I have a huge admiration for Lionel Messi as a footballer and as person, unlike the divers Henry, Eto`o, Alves etc and after-games whiners like Xavi. There are today only two footballers in the world I would uncompromisingly welcome to Chelsea, Messi and Ribery and I doubt I will see any of them).

Barcelona however are trully frustrated when they can not command the kids birthday party and rule it as they want to. Then they whine, complain and do not understand what to do. That is why Platini will make sure they get a latin understanding divers referee on Wednesday. Well, M Platini, cheating will not help you quelch the English football.

I hoped for Los Arrogantos to perform against Barca, especially after being shown how to play against them by us. The white things that think they are the gift of gods could not stand up more than 10 minutes. They had by then scored and crumpled like a piece of rice-paper in fire. They became just as arrogant as usual, totally forgetting the lesson in football Liverpool gave them, and then they folded like nothing I ever seen before in a so called top football game. They were simply pathetic.

To call the Real defence decapitated chickens is a huge compliment. I have not seen that kind of poor defending anywhere but in my local teams, and by jove I wonder if even they have been that bad. They played like 7 year olds in the park, all the defenders at once going after the guy with ball, which meant that 4 defenders were at the right once and to the left the next minute…Absolutely no pressure on the ball holder in midfield. I can hardly walk and I bet you that I could have scored against Los Arrogantos.

I know that the stupid pundits think I should be as impressed as they are by a team that play dead like some monkeys do when a predator is close - I am not. I judge football differently. Yes, Barcelona was very impressive, but to be honest against a team so bad that they make West Bromwich look like football heroes. It is obviously so that the La Liga only have one good team this year, and they can not claim to be better than the best 4-5 English. Maybe against Arsenal they can be really good as Arsenal is another team that think football is about appearances, not results.

I think Guus showed a bit too much of his tactics against Fulham, on the other hand I am now totally convinced that the Spanish arrogance did not get it.

It will of course be a different game at the Bridge and of course there is no doubt that Barcelona are good enough to win. Still I do not think they will as they are only about one aspect of football. (Which probably is why the Fantasy Football …..like them). Thankfully football is much more than that.

I expect Chelsea to frustrate them like at Nou Camp but go for many more set pieces. I expect that Anelka that I think played his best game for Chelsea against Fulham wants to show them what he is about from the position he does not like the best, but finally understands he has to perform from. I think Lampard that was tactically sacrificed at Nou Camp wants to show what he has shown Barca so many times before…and Drogba is match fit, he was not really at the Nou Camp as that for strikers so vital edge was not there because of him not playing the game before. With Fulham he showed that his form is as good and he got the edge. If Drogba does not score Wednesday I will be very very surprised. If I had money I would bet on Drogba scoring. And Lampard.

Sorry D&G`s I feel confident, not cocky but confident that today`s Chelsea can do this. It sure as heck will not be easy but it is possible. Sadly we will have to play ManU again, but then our possibly biggest advantage Wednesday and May 27 is - we simply want it more than all the others, and the players want it even more than us cheering for them. I think that feeling, the morale of our team and the team thing is making the difference. Chelsea is a great team, and nobody but us Chelseatrueblues know it. I have not seen a team show such backbone and purpose this year than my beloved Chelsea.

But even more than getting a grasp of the ugly bucket they call the Champions League Cup I want this; I want all the so called fecking experts in the world to realise that football is a game, not an exhibition by their favourites. I want them to feel as bad as I have all those times when Chelsea promised and did not deliver. (1972-1996) Today we do not only promise, we deliver the smartest, most intelligent, tactical football there is - and that is why we can beat all the bought talent on earth. English football get loads of crap from Platini et al for buying talent - please do an objective comparision to the babies Barcelona have bought up from other countries and continents for decades without anyone daring to say anything against them. Messi was 13 years old when Barcelona bought him!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want the ugly bucket more than anything as we have won everything else. But right now I want it more to prove the sh*theads in the sports media wrong than actually to win it. I am a bad person. But I do not think I am wrong.

Chelsea will win 3-2. Please.
